New York Trip!

    I went to New York New York on thrusday!!!!!  I was so excited.  the flight took forever, but the good thing is i got to read my book and got half way through it.  I found out that I read about a page a minute.  Yay for me.  So, anyway, We get to the Hampton Inn at 7:30 eastern time. 
    Then we changed to go to the Phatom of the Oprah.  It was so freaking cool.  I never knew they could do that kind of special effects in live theater.  It was awsome.  After that we ate at the hard rock cafe.  That was cool.  Then we got back to the Hotal at 12:30….and my room stayed up untill like two. 
    Then we were up at 6 the next morning.  Im so smart……  Anyway.  So then we went to Liberty Island and got soaked, because it started pouring. 
    Then we went to Ellis Island and I went out and found my families names it was really cool, and I got invited to a party.  that was cool, and i would have gone to but we left before the party started. 
Then we went and talked to the people who were in the Phantom of the Opera, that was really interesting.  The girl who played Christine said that once she caught on fire!  Haha.  It started raining again so we went back to the hotal and changed again for dinner. 
    Dinner was at Birdland.  I would never suggest eating there, by the way. 
    We got back to the hotal at midnight again.  And stayed up again….
    saturday we had free time and we went to a open market… there was so much cool stuff there.  I whis that i had some money.  That would have been so cool.  Then we went and saw the Ellington Jazz compatioton… they were awsome., and they were highschool band kids.

    Sunday we get up and go to NBC studios and get a tour.  Then we have four hours of free time.  i hang out with the teachers, and we go to eat at this really neat place that had really good food. then we leave and get on the plane, and leave to go home…. I offically hate the NY airport… they took the lighter from my purse….it was in my first aid kit , for crying out loud. 
    Any we get home and I finally find my bed and go to sleep.  the next day i sleep till 10:30  it wsa so nice.
