love 4/28/21

I think that I’m still In love with my high school sweetheart that I broke up with 3 years ago. Time is weird, and I guess I never realized you can be with someone for 2 years and still be in love with someone completely different. I’ve tried to get over this before, but it doesn’t seem to work. Is there a point where I am supposed to just accept it and move on? maybe try again to reach out? Idk. Can’t get it off my mind, just had to let it out.

You need to either accept that he’s gone or be honest with the person you’re currently with and pursue your old love. It’s not fair to your current partner if you’re in love with someone else. I know, I’ve been there.
