15th – Candy/Caramel Apples -OR- Something you love to do

I LOVE to fish.  The day my dad went into the hospital, initially, him, my mom, Stephen, & I all went fishing.  Fishing was something my dad and I used to do together.  We used to have a competition, of course I would ALWAYS out fish him, just like I did that day.  By the end of that week we found out he had a heart attack, he underwent bypass/carotid artery surgery, and we were trying to wrap our brains around the fact that he had suffered a major ischemic stroke.  My dad and I will never fish together again.  I wish I had a picture of the 2 of us fishing, instead, here’s one from this summer with my 2 kids and my 2 nephews.  I LOVE that I shared this moment (the first time for the 3 little ones) with them.

16th – Football -OR- Squirrels/other woodland animals (deer, elk, moose, etc)

About 2 weeks ago, at 430 am my house alarm (dogs) went off indicating we had an intruder. I found the masked perp cornered by the aforementioned alarm system. 😉
