K brought home 2 movies, so we are up watching them. My back is killing me – it’s actually my lower back, and it’s been just a little over 24 hours, and I am just a-aching! My head has hurt for 2 days now, and I can’t sleep bcause the pain in my back is radiating down through my legs. Oo – COMPLAINER – EXTRAORDINAIRE! I’ll tell Trudy all about it if it persists until Friday. Dr. T already said to drop my dosage down to 2 pills a day bcause of headaches & stomachaches. Later today I am going to start a Nestle Sweet Success diet. I’m going to try to lose 10 lbs to start off with. I weigh 160 – some-odd pounds now, and I feel FAT. So I am enjoying my last Pepsi.

I’m just hoping that I get a call from someone soon.

I just spoke to Dr. T and he said I should get myself the blood test, and that should help determine if the Lithium is causing the pain in my back and legs. He said he may reduce the medicine dose by some more.

K & I are watching the rest of "Needful Things" and then we’ll be going to Bangor. I started "the" diet today–I am having a cup of coffee, but that’s all.
