Sue D called me last night about C.N.A. class, and she said that she didn’t think there was another class until Sept. She said she thought the cost was $250, so I can afford that. Monday I’m gonna call DRH to ask them to send me a flyer this summer.

Yesterday K said 2 monumental things: 

1.) He’s considering going into the Air Force

2.) He wants me to stop taking the meds that Dr. T & Trudy have prescribed.

2 nights ago, Trudy told me about a decision that she & Dr. T had come to about a new medication "Lithium" and this morning K came home and said not to let them give it to me. What’s up?

I also read some about Alzheimers, and how to deal with patients who had it, and I was going about it ALL wrong! I spoke too quickly, bcause I wanted to act like they were normal, but I never realized I might be confusing them. Because they might be trying to follow my conversation and losing it, which may make them agitated. I was taking for granted that they knew what I was doing or saying, or they didn’t CARE. I was talking to them normal, but ALMOST CHILDLIKE, and the nurses & aides were watching me like I was doing something wrong!
