billed double for tattoo

i just got my statement from my bank in the mail today. yup, the place that did my tattoo billed me twice. so, now i am wondering if i go to the bank first and see what they want me to do, or i go to the tattoo place first, and see if they will give my money back? they should, right? i hope that i can go right in, show them my statement, and get it all patched up with a minimum of trouble.

i don’t want any confrontations. so what do i do if they say "no?"

and it gives K even more reason to be angry that i got the tattoo. charged twice.
