smokey quartz

Well, I did it. I broke down and had something to eat. 4 pieces of buttered toast with sugar & cinnamon. Dang me.

On a good note, my smokey quartz ring came in the mail, and it is really nice. The high didn’t last very long, but I’m glad that it finally came.

Can’t type very much, my Tenosynovitis is acting up. The pain is radiating from my right forearm to my shoulder and neck.

Will take an Ibuprofen and try to write a little later.
