It’s worth a try

And I am gonna do some major praying tonight. I was going over my take home pay from both jobs and realized  I make over 1900 a month (after taxes) which is decent but barely scratching the surface for what I need. I decided to look at the apt here again to see prices. I forgot they had one for $825, now if they go by 3x the rent (after tax pay) I’m 600 shy of that. I think it’s still worth a try.  Now my credit isn’t the best but it is getting better as months go by. I have excellent rental history, tho it’s been a while since I’ve rented my own. Still, I wanna see what they can do for me. I can explain my situation and pray it works in my favor. I’m even willing to pay a $1000 deposit if needed. I threw most of my stimulus in savings and add as I go when I get paid. I only pulled money out a couple times to pay bills. I’m not gonna get my hopes up super high, but I’m just so ready to go. I don’t wanna miss an opportunity to move  being worried they may say no. My next option would be to get extended stay but I’d still have to talk to them about getting out of the lease. My income wasn’t considered when we were approved, but I was allowed to stay. That may work in my favor. So we’ll see. Praying so hard for this and trying to stay positive. I did better calculations of what I bring home so I can better gauge my financial  situation when I try to get an apt. It doesn’t hurt to try. The worst they can say is no, but I’m praying for a yes. I may have to budget like I need to do anyway but I can make this work, if they’ll work with me.
