Oilers Win Again!!! On To The Stanley Cup We Go!!

Wow…what a weekend. OILERS WIN!!! They beat the Ducks 2-1 in Game 5 and move on to the Stanley Cup Final. I am sooooooooo pumped about that….it was an intense game…lots of close calls back and forth. Refs made some real shitty calls and we took some dumb penalties but we killed them all off. The Oilers were on fire but Anaheim was making a last minute rush to score in the last few minutes, but Edmonton held on for the win. After the game I could hear all the fans cheering loud on Whyte Avenue…it was even louder when we won the series against San Jose. It was a circus…the fans went absolutely NUTS. From the pics I saw and what friends had told me they set a fire in the middle in the middle of the Avenue…they also burnt up a phone booth. 20,000-30,000 fans were partying up until 3am or so….Whyte Avenue was open when we were done breakfast at 5:30…it was total carnage…lotta businesses had graffitti and broken windows…we saw the spot where the fire was..a big black burnt circle in the middle of the road. I saw on the news some guy was hanging from a wire above the street then falling down into the crowd..it was insane. The bar was real busy…but amazingly through all the craziness we only had a few idiots act up and a couple of minor scrums. I was a very popular guy as well…the ladies were all over me and I even got me some real nice, deep kisses from the ladies as well..ah yeah baby..gotta love it. It was a good weekend…on to the Stanley Cup we go…GO OILERS GO!! This ends here…I will return soon..Basta.
