Pam and I talked tonight. About my marriage that’s hit a sharp and bloody rocky patch – on how things are going now that her’s is over. She’s going out on a date with anew guy next week and she giggled. She just sounds so much happier. ❤️

my head has been a dark messy place for the last couple of days. Hopefully that’s done. James has been surprisingly supportive.

I need to write more, I need to stop editing myself. But sleep since I have to be up for work tomorrow. Coffee will be my friend
