Walked

 i also walked at lunch.  It wasn’t quite as long as I had thought.  It was under 2 miles.  But that’s ok.  

I was trying not to go for too long as boss man isn’t here next week so the more time I get in this week is more free time to get exercise in next week.(or otherwise not work).

Had I decided to take the full hour, I would take the route I realized earlier this week that I can do.  Down to the park, around and back.  about 3.1 miles in just under an hour.  Nice little walk.  Though I do wish there were sidewalks the entire way instead of a decent section that is just industrial road and is currently bordered by lots of snow/slush/muddy water.
