Irritated

Dear diary,

I find myself quite irritated at the moment.  It is a confluence of things.  But as usual the worst of it stems from internal feelings.  But let’s ignore that one just cause…  Well I guess I can’t really say anything about it.  So let’s continue.

-So what’s irritating me?  I’m glad you asked!

– Staff wandering back looking like they are freaking lost and like "oh I think I’ll have some chocolate".  

No, I am fully aware there’s nothing wrong with it.  I’m just in an irritable mood and the one person in particular just always irks me somehow.  It’s just that dumb bewildered look like a deer in the headlights like she can’t figure out how her life isn’t perfect when she makes stupid decisions or something…  I’m not really sure.  She really doesn’t seem like that bad of a person but…  Gah!

-Dr. telling me that his e-mail forwards aren’t working when the problem is him.  He’s sending them from gmail which won’t show him those e-mails that end up back to himself like that.  I realize it’s been a while since I’ve told him this so he probably doesn’t remember and it’s not really his fault, but dont’ tell me that it’s not working when the problem is YOU and I am in an irritable mood!  GRR

-I am SO SUPER FREAKING irritated with all of this Toyota CRAP!!!!!!!   Oh my gosh, every 30 seconds someone on one of the Prius lists is saying they are scared to drive their car.

This WHOLE thing is one stupid-ass media hype machine that is making headlines out of something "less than perfect".  Which is to say that I have yet to hear of anything any different than any other car. I’ve yet to hear of a real "PROBLEM", nor how one would make this problem happen, nor that there is any reason to be worried about it if it DID happen!  The only ones I’ve heard so far…

-Accelerator sticks. – Umm, yeah don’t go putting stuff by your accelerator that’s going to wedge it there.  If by some miracle you’re one of the millitude of a percent that actually has some problem related to the vehicle itself?  Push any of the following for a trouble free stop: Brakes, P, R, N or Power…

-Cruise control makes the car accelerate: Yes, Steve Jobs said he had a problem because when he has his Prius at 85mph and then presses it twice of the 5mph speed-up increments (so it’s now set to 95mph) and he then presses down once in a 1mph increment, it still accelerates, or he’s using the radar cruise and tells it he wants to go 100mph but is behind someone doing 85mph and once he changes lanes it accelerates to the speed it’s set at.  Umm, yeah user error.  BUT!!!!  He DOES actually have a brain!  He says that he can use the brakes!  WOOHOO!  That’s the first I’ve heard an article that mentioned such a concept!

-Now there’s someone complaining about a "brake problem".  Which makes everyone "scared" that they will not have brakes.  Again, hardly anyone even has complained about it, and it’s simply a lag in the amount of braking.  Pretty much anyone who’s used ABS has had an occasion where it SEEMED like the car should have braked more or stopped sooner.  Nothing really new here.

And you needn’t feel worried, I still have my nice self in here with me so just because I’m irritable doesn’t mean I’m more likely to lash out at you leaving comments or otherwise talking to me.  It’s pretty much just the people who normally irritate me causing more anguish.  (:

*E I think it might be my time of the month.  Maybe the day?  I’m not really sure what my cycle is.  But nevertheless…  Then there is this:
