I went with

If you read my last entry you know I was torn between two Condos.  The hardest part was telling one that I did not want to rent from them.  I didn’t want to stop looking until I had someone say for sure they were going to rent to me.  Condo 1 had told me they would rent to me.  The guy is very kind. 

However, I went with Condo 2.  All though there is not a pool there were so many more advantages to the second condo/townhome that the first did not have.  Oh, and 7 people, as well as two of my daughters, said Condo 2.  Only 1 person said Condo 1, and and two people including my mother said I had to follow my gut and go with the one I felt most comfortable with.  

I do not know these people I have been talking too; however, I feel I have made got a closer bond with the person from Condo 2 then 1.  I want the person I rent from to not just be a landlord, but to be a friend.  When I rented the house in Texas that is how the real estate agent and I were.  We talked, and got along.  We still talk today, and I am in Ohio.  

I don’t have one favorite on here from Colorado.  I decided to change my State.  🙂

I cannot wait.  Now that I have decided on a Townhome I can start packing and feel comfort in knowing that we have a place to call home.
