*PLEASE! I NEED YOUR HELP AND OPINION

I was approved for five different Condos. I have narrowed it down to two. I do not want to disappoint either of the Landlords as they have both gone out of their way to get an approval to me, and I just can’t seem to make a decision even after basing all the pro’s and cons. I am going to tell you the pros and cons to each and show you picture. Please give me your honest opinion.

BOTH PRICED EXACTLY THE SAME!

CONDO 1 – Located 7 miles from where I will be working, the elementary school is a year-round school (which could be a problem for me), asking pro-rated rent for June and half of the deposit which will help me with my move and getting everything connected. There is a pool and garage. He is willing to take my dog. Two Master bedrooms, both with full attached bathrooms. 1170 Sq ft. Ground floor.

CONDO 2 – Located 13 miles from the store. Middle School is best in the school district, elementary is normal school year. Asking pro-rated rent and full deposit (this could be a problem, but then I won’t have to worry about the deposit for another month). No pool, but there is a pool not far that you can buy passes too, not sure about garage, but I don’t think there is one. Will take my dog. Two floors, bedrooms upstairs, kitchen/living/dining downstairs. 1 and a half baths (which isn’t really a problem since we only take one bath at a time anyway. 976 sq feet. Colorful and cute interior, can repaint the upstairs (which I won’t). Offering to leave the Master bed, couches, and a folding table for kitchen since we are coming with no furniture. This could really be a great help. There is a washer and dryer in both units. Please note, while some might say no to the second condo because of the red and blue coloring, our family really loves these colors and red is our kitchen color.

I really think I have my mind made up, talking about it almost convinces me one way or another, but your opinions would be much appreciated.

Things that absolutely make the decision harder

Condo 1 has a pool

Condo 2 has furniture

Condo 1 is closer to work

Condo 2 has better schools

Condo 1 is larger

Condo 2 has more life to it.

Condo 1 has carpet in the bedrooms (which I like), not sure about Condo 2

However,

Condo 1 has a Home Owners Association (Which I don’t like)

Condo 2 does not

Both are beautiful and in great location.

Both Condo’s want some sort of deposit to hold. I hate this, because the money that I use to pay my house is the SSI. It comes on the first Friday after the first Wednesday of the month. I already paid rent with May money, and all my bills leaving my bank account virtually empty. The company is sending me moving expenses, but I don’t know if they are sending it direct deposit like my check, if they are sending it by mail or giving it to me when I arrive. I have not been able to talk to the HR person at the Colorado store. If I don’t receive those moving expenses I will not have a deposit until the 7th of June, and I don’t know that either condo is willing to wait until the 7th to get a deposit (just worried).
