Neighbors upstairs.

Went out with the neighbors upstairs.  They are very young, undergraduate students  One is going for math, the other just graduated and is a social worker for the homeless.  They are very nice amazing people.  We went to Dave & Busters.  I thought it would be a nice sit down dinner, not to stressful, and if we wanted something to do there were games to play that did not take a physical effort.  It was so much fun.  When we left, Alexandra, Whitney and I went to watch "The Call."  I thought it was a great movie, but I can see how some might not like the ending.  I needed to get out.  I feel a little better about things today.  I am still not myself, and I doubt I will be for a long time, but I am ready to go back to work on Monday.  I think sitting at home has really had me down.
