OHIO OR KENTUCKY?? Please answer

If you had a choice would you go to Ohio or Kentucky?  Why?  I have five days to make a final decision as I was offered a promotion and transfer to both.  Please help me make this decision.  Columbus, Ohio or Louisville, KY.
