Hmm let’s see.  Matt’s bday is Monday.  It’s also the year anniversary of my dad’s death.  We’ll be doing the usual of going to the lake and watching the bands and fireworks.  This year the casino is also doing the whole show (but with different bands) on Sunday. We’ll probably go both days for a little while.

We got Matt one of his presents yesterday.  It’s this ridiculous things called an AquaPet.  It was $10 darn dollars and looks like something you’d get out of a Happy Meal.  He has been wanting it for awhile though.  He’ll get the rest of his presents next week at his party.   He wants a PS2 game called something like Destroy All Humans.  If he was a violent person, I’d worry.  He likes all those violent games.  He’s actually a very kind and happy person.  Maybe he gets out his aggression on games?

Hubby came home from work early the other night.  He had one of his migraines that makes him sick.  I felt bad for him.  He didn’t get much sleep.

I’m reading a book called The Happy Person.  It isn’t telling me anything I don’t already know.   But, it’s one thing knowing something and another practicing it.

I’m dying to go to a movie. I want to see War of the Worlds.  We just don’t have the money and I don’t have a babysitter.  I know Erin will be too scared watching it.  There are some other things I want to see also, but can’t remember what they are at the moment.
