We splurged and took the kids to see Star Wars last night.  It was good. Not great, but none of the new ones are.  I’m so weird.  Even though I knew what was going to happen, it killed me that Annikan turned into Vader.  That kid Hayden is just too yummy for his own good.

Walked in the mall for a few minutes before the movie.  They were filming another movie in there.  Some Big Momma movie.  A few weeks ago it was some horror movie.

The landlady had all of the full grown bushes dug up from infront of the apartment buildings yesterday.  I’m wondering why. Today she filled it in with top soil.  She’s nuts.  The animals kids that live around there will just dig it all up.

The hubby worked a few hours today.  I was shocked when he came home. He was scheduled for a half day, but they never actually let them go home at that time.

Erin’s year end report was totally awesome. I just wish the good reports would last as she gets older.  It’s not with the boys.  She is the only kid in her class to count to 100.  She is the only kid in her class to get excellent with scissors.  There were other things too.  The teacher said once again how well rounded she is.  That most kids are good with one thing or another, like social skills and not educational skills or vice versa.  She has it all, plus the physical skills.  Sounds funny when it’s a great thing your child can skip 🙂  Her motor skills are great, her mind is great and she is great with the other kids.   I pray it all lasts.  I need one of my kids to actually make it in this world. 

AJ will most likely fail sixth grade.  How is that for a kid that’s suppposed to be so smart.  He got an F on his notebook check Friday, so he’s punished this weekend.  Things will be changing and I don’t care who in the Fing house doesn’t like it.

Matt only got basic on his Leap Test!!  He way beyond that.  I was so dissapointed in that.  I know he freaks on tests.  I know he’ll study for a long time for a test and even the morning of a test he’ll look over it again and still forget when he’s taking it, but still….  Maybe I do expect too much from the kids, but it’s not my fault!! They shouldn’t come out of the gate doing so well, just to slow down a few feet from the finish line!  Not fair.

I think we might grill something today. Beats heating the apartment up.

I talked to Lisa this morning.  I miss her.   I tried calling the Connecticut sis, but she wasn’t home.  I miss her too. I did talk to Bev for a minute.  I saw her last weekend, so I don’t miss her 🙂
