OVERCOMING SELF-MADE PRISON
Hi Diary!
Yesterday was an amazing day for me, because I attended our Youth Party called “GRAVITY” virtually.
Our Youth Pastor actually preached about how to overcome “Self-Made Imprisonment”. It was really a powerful preaching because It made me realize that sometimes we imprison ourselves by developing negativity within us, listening to the lie of those who wants us to be down, and inventing our own self-realization (not aligning it to the will of God. The will of God is to actually give us a life abundantly, and live that life with full of LOVE, and overcoming challenges with His help).
Anyways Diary, the following are the points that I got during the preaching:
- If you want to fall, fall into Grace and you will bounce back to the place that God wants you to be.
- You can break free from self-made prison.
- God is given us His words through our leaders in the church, but we have to make it work.
- We are designed for good life, But before we want to get good life, you have to receive a revelation from God.
- God never creates faults or any defects.
- You are never duplicated. You are unique.
- Insecurity is enemies strategic battle for you to hate yourself more.
- The enemy always put lies in your mind.
- insecurity’s end goal is disobedience.
- When I am weak I am strong.
- Focus on God’s not on your own ability.
- Because if you focus your own ability, that’s the time insecurity enters.
- You have to set boundaries in yourself.
- the more you know the truth it’s easier to determine the lie.
- Your hurts are not your fault, but it is your responsibility to address them because it’s in your heart.
- Don’t be ashamed of your scars, it’s a reminder that you’ve overcome it.
- You are already validated. God did validate us.
- Do not define yourself to what others say to you, but define yourself to what the word of GOD says who you are. ALWAYSS!!
Cheers!
