Keep ’em rollin’ [photo’s]

So much has been going on lately, I don’t know whether to scream, cry, laugh, or just be flabbergasted. Anywho I’ve decided it’s time to start my retched diet again I’ve got to get this weight off I’ve put back on around 25lbs and I can’t have none of that! so I’ve been cutting down coke again not like I get a whole one anyway with Tommy stealing them after I have about a sip or 2 lol and I’ve been gagging down water as much as I can I think if I have ice in it it’s not so bad but without it’s like I’m punishing myself lol but I’ve got to do it one way or another, and I’ve got to break myself of Tommy’s late night snacking habits… Again…

Yes, we are still working on the ceiling all that’s left is stapling up the plastic and buying the luan and putting that up and possibly painting that lol, but it’s been so much cooler in here now! Yes, I do have progression pics and such not very exciting things lol but I’ll post so you can see what we started out with and where we are at now, I’ll post those at the bottom, going to home depot has been a blast when we went the other day to get the stuff to seal up the AC vent and the insulation and other items he grabbed the flat cart and I got on it sat down and he pushed me into the store LOL he’s all what are you a little kid your gonna get in trouble haha but he was the one who told me to get on in the first place LOL.

Tonight I am making a peanut butter pie I’ll let you all know how it turns out iffin it’s good I’ll post the recipe and pics if not well then lol I’ll probably post it anyway and let you all decide on your own haha.

ok I’m back a few hours later LOL, now I’m not in the mood to post pics so I’ll either edit this entry later tonight or tomorrow with pics…

Lemme just say that OMG my peanut butter pie was off the hook! lol you have to be a peanut butter lover to love it but it was delic! I’ll post the recipe for the filling and the graham cracker crust…

Filling:
1 8oz cream cheese
1 1/2 cups powder sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 16oz tub of cool whip( I didn’t used the whole thing maybe 2/3 of it)
1 cup milk( I always use 2% milk)

Cream together Cream Cheese and Powder sugar, mix in Peanut butter and Milk until smooth, then fold in the cool whip. Spoon into the graham cracker pie crust cover and place in the freezer for 2 1/2hrs.

Graham Cracker Crust:
1 1/2 Cups(about 8 whole crackers) crushed Graham Crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter

it makes two 9inch pies

It’s off the hook lol! I’ll post pics tomorrow, I have a major headache and just feel like chillin right now.
