Your voice clip is very relatable. I think most people go through these feelings and questions. Expressing them is important to help identify what you can focus on, not for immediate solutions but for better understanding of where to go, in terms of personal goals for creating your own happiness. Each success and accomplishment will encourage you to continue and help form new habits that serve your needs. It has helped me so much to take a few moments daily to practice gratitude. Just stop and acknowledge the privileges you do have as well as speak intention into your desires. I hope you find a kindred soul to vibe with. It is truly one of the greatest gifts in life!
