assumptions of god

Ok i have a few assumptions but it makes the arguments for Christianity work for me. Assumption 1: God is perfect

Assumption 2: Gods plan is perfect.

Assumption 3: God is infinitely kind and forgiving. …

Assumption 4: God is outside of linear time so knows all results of free will and free choice that we will make in our lives. (God is Omnipresent, all knowing ect.)

Assumption 5: a perfect god does not make mistakes.

These five assumptions really radically change the story of Genesis.

The one flaw of the Garden of Eden was the Tree of Knowledge with the forbidden fruit. Because of assumption 5 it was not a mistake so it plays an important part in the perfect plan. This is supported by the fact that it was the most beautiful tree with the most delicious fruit in the very center of the garden (the keystone). God knew Eve would eat of the fruit, in fact he needed her to do so. It was the first act of free will by mankind. The most important part of the plan was for us to have free will, other wise the plan would only be perfect from one perspective. With free will it is perfect for everybody. You see a kind an loving god would not torture us (unless your name is Job then I am sorry yes god will torture you). God both gives us the freedom to make our own choices yet he helped us arrange ourselves so that our free will serves his perfect plan.

The perfection lies in the imperfection.

This is the root of pain. As a matter of fact the pain is the whole point. With out it we do not grow. With out it we would be nothing more then animals grazing in the Garden of Eden. It was the Fruit of knowledge, sentiency, that gave rise to both pain and joy. Both are rewards. one leads us the other pushes us. This is the law of Karma, the force that takes chaos and structures it to order, as we evolve towards heaven or nirvana

But this leave little room for sin. Yet with a infinitely forgiving god sin would not really matter now would it. It is a matter of choosing what person you would be happiest being. That is the whole point of the commandments, they are suggestions from a loving god telling us that if we follow them it will increase the happiness in our lives because a kind and loving father would want his children to be happy.
