I cleaned my carpets today even though it about killed me because of my lower spine is collapsed…. I start physical therapy Monday at BAR-H…. Bobby helped me clean the bedroom…. I even shampooed the couches today…. I have one more room to shampoo and the chair to shampoo and then I won’t hav to do any more shampooing for about 6 months…. Tomorrow I am going to try to wash the laundry and clean the kitchen if my back will allow me…. I am hoping that therapy will help me and if not then I don’t know what the next step will be…. I really don’t want to have surgery….
