A very rare update

So, I thought I’d better write in this thing.

Just been playing my guitar and was thinking it needed restringing. I think I’ll wait until I move first… which brings me round to…

Moving – I’ve decided, I’m off. I am tired of having a fat and lazy housemate with an obsession with herself and food. (those reasons are catalysts..)

Other reasons include:
1. Will be moving to a place called Letchworth – 30 mins from London and 20 mins from Lauren
2. Would like to have my own place* now
3. Really sick of living in a place surrounded by city. I’m missing trees and green things.

I really don’t have much that’s worth writing about. Moved into the new studios in work – have had teething problems with them all week. Slowly ironing out the faults. Saw a mouse there on Friday.

Umm, what else…

Pretty bored of winter now. Though, when I was with Lauren the other day, I saw some daffodils coming out which is a sign of spring… haha.

I haven’t said much about my birthday and new year. I won’t write about the exact details but basically, I spent a week and a bit with Lauren (joined at the hip, more or less) and it was wonderful. We only argued (sorta) once and the rest of the time was bliss. We went down to Tenby on my birthday and just spent it wandering about. While we were there, we went down onto the beach and Lau took photos of me wandering about at the edge of the tide. Then we went and had a (very late) pub lunch.

Was all rather romantic.

We were walking back to the car when we saw a small place for sale, overlooking Tenby’s chocolatebox harbour. We quickly made a pact to move there when we’re older (and all growed up).

I’ve been spending as much time as I can with Lauren since then. I don’t think it’s changed much to how much time I was spending with her before but since New Year and my birthday *something* changed. Before, we were a strong couple that loved each other very very much but I think we used to see each other ‘time by time’. Now, being apart seems odd. I define my free time as ‘time spent without her’.  Not that I’m saying she should only be spending time with me when we’re both not working or she’s in lectures or whatever – she needs time with her friends as do I – but all the other times seem odd when we’re alone from each other.

Hmm, I’m making no sense. This all made sense when I said it to her the other day! Probably as she knew what i was on about. Well, actually, I’ve paraphrased about 6 seperate conversations into that paragraph. (You know what I’m on about, ‘bear…)

Not bad for a relationship that started on here…

ok, I’m done for the next god-knows-how-long (bar silly updates)

Jord

*my own place – er, well, half mine half Lauren’s… she doesn’t think so however as it ‘should be mine’

Hi Jord – we don’t really get to ‘do’ Valentines because as he comes in from work I leave for work. We make sure to tell each other I love you every day though anyway 🙂 We will exchange cards and gifts etc when I get home from work and that’s more than enough for us. I hope you and Lauren manage to see each other * Hugs and a Happy Tuesday xx Sandra
