I’m in Love

Ok, I meant to come in a bit earlier and do this, but here’s a quick run-down. Jake got into town on Thursday night, he stayed the night before with a friend in Walla Walla, and was going to spend Thursday night as well, then drive the rest of the way Friday morning. He decided he couldn’t wait though.

He came and met me at work that night, his hand fits mine oh-so-perfectly… We went shopping for a few things, then he came home with me and met my mom. Then he took us both out to dinner. After that, he tried to figure out what the problem is with getting my computer to hook up to the DSL that mom has. Then we went back to his room. And that was awesome.

Friday we got coffee like we’d planned, then walked through the park and talked a bit. Then we went bowling with my mom, and that was a lot of fun. We got lunch next, mom decided not to go with us, even though we invited her. After that, we drove around for a while, first we went up the mountain road that eventually leads to the ski area, it was actually snowing a little up there. Near the top, we stopped and climbed up this hill where you can see the entire valley. He took some pictures, and we were about to leave when I decided I couldn’t pass up the moment and told him I loved him. He kissed me, that’s a an understatement, it was really passionate, then he told me that he loved me too.

Then we went over to the other side of town, mainly to see the view, but then we ended up walking through about 5 houses that are under construction, and that was a lot of fun. Then the plan had been that we were going to go out for a nice dinner, but since we ate a late lunch, neither of us were that hungry.

On Saturday we went to kickboxing, Jake liked it. Then we went wine tasting in Leavenworth, and we both got drunk and giggly, it was a lot of fun.

Sunday we had breakfast at my house with mom and her boyfriend, it was fun. Mom’s boyfriend seems like a pretty decent guy. After we ate, we drove around a bit more looking at houses, I think it’s pretty cool that he enjoys doing that as much as I do. We were feeling pretty tired, but decided to walk some in the park to see if it would wake us up. We got to stroll and chat a bit, then we came back to my house, sat out in the back yard for a while, then came in and layed down on my bed to take a nap. (Yes, we actually slept, we were that tired!)

Then I made Lasagna for dinner, and Jake and I decided to go to the drive-in that night. (we were going to go the night before, but we were pretty tired) Oh, and then I told him that mom probably wouldn’t mind if he wanted to spend another night and stay with us, so he wouldn’t have to leave Monday.

So on Monday I went to work for 5 1/2 hours while he cleaned our house and called verizon to figure out the DSL thing with my computer. – yes, he cleaned, yes, I’m planning on keeping him!

That night we went to dinner, he sat next to me, and he told me he was going to miss me so much. Later that night, as we were cuddling in bed, I started crying thinking about that very thing. He held me and let me cry and listened to me talk. He was very sweet.

Tuesday morning we got up, and he left and I went to kickboxing with mom. I started crying again on the way there, but I don’t feel too depressed about it, I mean I miss him so much, but at the same time, I’m really happy becuase he’s so great.
