Nerves…

 Since I can’t go talking about this to a bunch of people, I am just going to write this out here so that maybe I can get this out.  I might lose my best assistant manager I have ever had and the chance to have two assistant managers all because of a stupid mistake.  But he has made that stupid mistake two times now, and I don’t know what to do about it.  He has for the second time failed a company sting.  Now failing a company sting means that he has not sold to a minor but according to policy he can be fired over this.  I don’t know, My boss is going to talk to her boss, and review his files, but I don’t know.  They are pretty stern about this kind of thing.  He is the most reliable, hardest working man I know, but I really am afraid that I am going to lose him.  

Ahhhh…i really don’t know what to say I am just freaking out.
