Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas!

I had the best time at my family Christmas party last night.  We were the last one’s there, got there about 5:30, took about 1/2 hour to make it from the front door to the kitchen because everybody the whole way wanted to know about graduation, what my degrees are in, what am I going to do, and nobody would listen when I told the story once, I had to keep telling it over and over the whole way through.  Got to visit with my cousin’s new fiance (he proposed last week), who I really like though I am so jealous she is pregnant (she has Chrons and apparently bc doesn’t work with her meds).   I got a whole bunch of graduation gifts which I wasn’t expecting.  My one aunt gave me $50 and another a beautiful necklace that says follow your dreams.  I wasn’t expecting that!  The best part of the night though was when almost all of us female cousins, plus my aunts and mom were in the kitchen, and Mom started talking about how she gets cold anymore.  Us younger girls started talking about how we get cold too, and somehow the conversation turned to how our noses get cold.  My friends have always picked on me because when I get cold my nose gets really cold.  Apparently I never realized this is a family trait.  I have never had this much fun with all of my cousins (and yes Amber, despite still being a little angry).  We spent a good hour discussing our cold noses, and remedies and the market we are going to create for our nose warmers we are going to start making.  We are even going to make them in camo for the men in our families.  LOL.  I really enjoyed myself last night and I almost didn’t go!
