Next Court Date

Well I went to court and threw myself on the mercy of the court. Plead Guilty to a lesser of charge Driving while Impaired. This is 4 points on my liscence instead of 6. Next is sentencing date on 12-19. Hopefully its goes well.

 I’m looking at $300 fines plus court cost. Then a $500 driver responsibilty fee from the Sec of State. And on top of that i will have to pay for the probation I’ll be on. I guess its better than jail. Anything is better than jail. I should just be greatful I did not hurt and/or kill someone.

" A " did come with me to court acting concerned. She was worried that I might get some type of jail time. ( I do have a couple of feleny covictions from about 15 years ago when I was young and dumber than I am now). But I turned my life around. (until this year anyway).  Lets see how if it goes.
