And I watched her go

Into the starry sky.

An unspeakable burden strapped to her shoulders.

What was going through her head, I could no longer tell..

But I knew that a sun was setting that day.

Something I’d once thought to be unbreakable,

I didn’t think I’d make that mistake again.

Wherever those stars,

Those ancient, wise stars take her.

Let it be..a place of peace.

and let it be one..

Where she doesn’t have to carry that burden..

Ever again.
