Just another scar…
Self-damnation is written all over me.
My heart’s best friend is a sadistic dagger..
Their names are inscribed as reminders.
Of my cruelty..
Of my coldness..
Of my neglect..
I’ve been imprisoned.
I am a prisoner of myself, because of myself.
I fight for my freedom, only to find another cell..
It’s just…another scar.
