I’m getting sick of writing in here. I don’t know why. I guess it’s because it takes a while.

So tomorrow is the big day. By that I mean that I see my new counselor. I’m kind of scared.

Another weekend is gone! NOOOO! It flew by as it always does.

I’ll let you know how tomorrow goes. I will record the counseling session. And upload the session to You Tube but only those that I trust will be able to see it. I am sooo nervous. I still have to write out some questions for my counselor and things to say.

You’ll do fine. Especially if you listen to the questions your counselor asks you. I think those questions are the best part of therapy–ones we’ve never thought of asking ourself and can learn from. Just breathe in and out.
