answered prayer

 

waiting for the beginning

 i did not know

this day my prayer would be answered

     why this day? i did not, do not know, but that is how life is. we do ot choose the time and place

     things happen when it’s right it seems to me. how do i deal with this thing i do not like?

     no answer i thought, no answer? i already know. i am too close to the problem.

     like most things in life, i am author of the problem and solution. 

"do not stand so close to the fire

you will get burned"

there it was

simple and pure

 all i had ot do was remember what i already know

close enough to see and love

not close enough to burn

i do not have

to turn away

 only to draw back

just a little
