motivational self-talk
I overcame the ankle injury with time, the blisters with special socks, the calf pains with slowing down and calf raises until my calves were strong enough and i will overcome these side pains too. and in the meantime, i will cross train. cross train hard.
and next time i think it sounds like an okay idea to not stretch thoroughly because i only ran two miles, i will know that i am wrong wrong wrong.
