Yearly Copyright

Thanks, everyone, for your notes. I’m gearing up for the cold season,
typically my creative writing time. For me, creativity follows reflection.
This end-of-year reflecting period also seems a natural time
to send in my new material from the past year for copyrighting.

If you write poetry or prose, consider registering your material once
a year with the Library of Congress. You get one of those neat numbers that
you see in the inside cover of books, and your stuff is really protected.

It’s not too hard or expensive. Details are at http://www.copyright.gov/
