Prom and Mean Girls

I am getting bored with my regular layout.. I am just going to post regular…….

Here is what I posted in my LJ and Xanga about Prom.

I woke up around 9, and hung out in the living room and ate(and of course got online for a little bit). Around 10:30ish, I got in the shower, and took about 45 minutes since I had to make myself beautfied (by that I mean that I had to shave). Got out, brushed my hair and dryed it, and then my mom and Ben came and got me for my hair appt, which was at 1. We got there, and told the girl that I didn’t know what I wanted, so she suggested what she called “The Mohalk”. I know what you’re thinking, cuz I thought the same thing, but it turned out so cute! Basically, what she did was twist my hair, and bobby pinned it, and had the pieces left sprayed out over my head… it looked funky, and cool, and all the hair that was out was VERY straight, with a slight curl at the end (well, it was just slightly flipped… very slightly). That took til about 2:45ish, then I came home, aloe’d my back since it had decided to peel, and then my mom did my makeup. I really liked the way it turned out. We got done with that at 4:10, then Drew called.. I put on my nylons and dress. That is when I realized that I was nervous.

But those nervous feelings went away the moment I saw Drew. He looked AMAZING last night… I know girls don’t usually say that, but omg, he did. Very sexy hehe. We had to take lots and lots and lots of pictures, and my Aunt Justy was late coming over due to the fact that her neighboor was having a domestic dispute and her driveway was blocked off by police cars 😛 Then we left. We went back to Drew’s moms house, and took more pictures, then headed off to Matts, where we took more pictures. Then we got on our way.

We first went to get our pics taken at the Convention Center, and Drew was told by that bitch Mrs. Bass that he had to trim his bangs a bit GRR (really, it was not even an inch, but yeah). After that, we went to eat at the Japanese Kitchen. That was sooo yummy, and fun at the same time 🙂 Matt and Renae were making bets on Drew and I kissing, it was funny. Okay, after dinner we had to go back to Drews, to trim his hair the not-even-one-inch, and also fix the left strap on my dress, because it decided that it needed to come off. GRR. After that was fixed, off we went to the prom 🙂

We sat at a purple table! Hehe, and we danced a bit (mostly slow songs, and maybe…10 at most). We mostly sat around and talked, I met a lot of Drew’s friends. Everyone looked so great! We mostly talked to this guy Chris that was wearing James’ Bloomers Tux (which Drew’s mom also made)… so that was nifty. Hehe. Everyone commented on how great Drew and I looked together, and how well we complimented each other, so that was really cool, and I think Drew and I got equal compliments on how we looked… which I thought was great. I like that I’m with someone who also gets compliments 🙂

When we left, we went back to Matt’s house, and I changed into PJ’s… we didn’t hang out there for long, because both Drew and I were tired. We went back to Drew’s house, and semi-fell asleep on the couch, and then went to his room. We couldn’t sleep in the same bed, so he slept on the floor and I slept on the bed… but in the morning, his mom said it was alright, so we slept in the bed from about 8:30-11:00 together. It was really, really nice. We hung out at his house until about 3, and then we came back to my house, watched my gma, and stuff like that. He also took all 65 (we counted) Bobby Pins out of my hair (well… I gave one to him back at his house to keep).

So that’s it for prom. That was Saturday night…. I have done a lot since I’ve last written, but I don’t quite remember. I know I have worked a bit, I saw Mean Girls today with my mom, it was a cute movie.
