Superpowers…

Every Wednesday night I settle down to watch Heroes, I used to really enjoy this however this series I think it has been a bit… what is the word… oh yes rubbish.

No really seems to have happened and it is all a bit slow, I might even  say that I haven’t enjoyed the last couple of episodes.

Anyway while my mind wandders during these moments of disappointment I think to myself what would my superpower be?

Easy, I thought at first, superstrength, but then i thought – yes that would help with getting the lids of jam but what good is that.

Then I thought, flying – this would be good as I don’t drive I wouldn’t have to stand in line at the bus stop if we needed some shopping, or wanted to go on holiday. Then I thought well at the weekend I like to do absolutely nothing and if I were a Superhero using my superpower would be like working.

Growing my nails really quick? No that’s rubbish and just a Family Guy reference.

Then I morphing into other things, you can see I have let my mind wander a lot.

Anyway to conclude on the superpowers thing I don’t know what it would be but will continue to think about it for some time to come. Let me know if you have any thoughts.

Thanks for the notes, it is nice to know people read these things, even if they are just the mindless thoughts of me.

Anyway it’s the works Christmas party today so probably won’t be around for a day or two, I might even try and get some photos or amusing stories. But at the minute I have lost any festive spirit I ever had.
