I can do it!!!
So Spring in here ( it feels more like summer since we are going to have a high of 82 today) But anyway i have been thinking about our vacation that we are going to take in July. I am pretty excited about it 🙂 I would love to be in better shape and 10 lbs lighter by the time we go. I have been trying to eat better ( healthier) and i am still sticking to working out 3 times a day. Here are a few of my favorite healthy stuff that i eat on regular basis ( the ice cream maybe once a week) :
So if you have any suggestions on stuff that is yummy and good for you as well, please let me know. I am Slooowly seeing my body start to tone up..my belly needs it the most, it’s so flabby, yuck! If it would just get toned i would be ok, but no it’s so squishy and fabby it’s not pretty. I guess thats what you get after having a 9 lb baby right? Anyway i am going to try my hardest to work it back to shape…away with you flabbiness!!!
So what else is new…not to much really.

Baby is doing well..she is crawling like crazy and stands up with such ease. She even uses the wall to stand up..but then starts to cry when she can figure out how to get back down..lol Also she can say “Mami,Papa,Bye and Me”…she loves to clap, dance, and “sing” when she hears music. I love my doll!! But let me tell yuo she is feisty..don’t try to take a toy or her bottle away or there will be problems..lol Also she doesn’t have any teeth yet, but will give you the prettiest gummy smile ever 🙂

lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Find the ones that you really love without a lot of seasoning or dressing on them and stick to those. I love the “cafe steamers” bags of frozen veggies with light sauces on them, and I’ve also found that if I buy a bunch of fresh veggies (red peppers, celery, green beans, carrots, cucumbers, squash, radishes, etc.) and then cut them all up and put them in…

…small ziplocks in my fridge, I snack on veggies much more often than if I just bought them and left them in there to cut up “later” or whenever I was hungry. Sometimes I dip them in low-fat ranch or even a low-fat, sweet vinaigrette. I also love putting the fat free Kraft singles on celery sticks (good source of protein but no fat). Good luck! 🙂
