And away we go!
So it’s Wednesday and i will be off Thursday and Friday. Hubby and i plan to go to Louisianna and stay at the L’Auberge du Lac Resort and Casino! My plan was to take my mother along to take care of Gianna in the evenings while hubby and I gambled and got wasted..nice huh? No we thought it would be nice to spend the day with her and then go and have dinner, drink and play a bit at night…but still be able to cuddle with her at night 🙂 Well i called my mother today and she is sick like a dog..so she can;t go 🙁 Hubby called his mother and she said that she would gladly watch Gianna while we went…but the thing is that she plans to go to crazy SIL house tommorow. I guess i will just have to deal with the fact that Gianna will be going there once in a while.All i know is that nothing better happen to my baby.
I started to cancel the recervations, but hubby and i really need to get away for a bit. We need a break…just a small one.
So not much else really going on….i will update with pics as soon as we get back 🙂

I went through a similar situation with one of my SILs. As long as you both are in the family, you’re gonna have to learn to coexist. There will be inevitable situations where you cannot avoid her, so be the better person and accept her as she is. I know you don’t like her behavior, but it is who she is, so what can ya do? I’m not harping at you, just throwing it out there! I had to do it, too.

I know it’s gonna be hard for you not to worry about her but try to remember that your MIL loves Gianna and won’t let anything bad happen to her. Have fun!! oxo
