Entry 398

I got my Playstation 4 at midnight launch. Have been excited with it since then, despite a whole bunch of shit heads trying to bring me down.

What I don’t get either, are the people that bought it, not for gaming. But to watch movies on. Yes. People reserved and jumped to buy a $400 system, to watch bluray movies on. Makes no damn sense to me.

Let’s move on to something that bothers me a little more…..

So, as a *HUGE* Playstation fan and gamer, I was posting a lot about my excitement. I got it, posted about it, and played it while posting to FB my joy with it. Basically, it was blatantly obvious if you have me on FB, that I was stoked as hell.

Yet.

The messages I got asking about the system and my joy with it, came from my ex-girlfriends.

Not my girlfriend.

Nope. Not a SINGLE Skype message, text, FB comment/message. Nothing. All of my excitement I had for 2 weeks, all my posts counting down, and my eccentric "kid on Christmas" joy….. with nothing from her.

Am I being stupid in feeling like she should have asked about it? I ask, cause like I said, I had ex’s asking as well as some other friends. They saw my posts, knew I was spazzing.

Thing is, I guess I am fine with whatever happens because she goes quiet so much that it already feels like nothing much is there. Right now, it’s Nov 17. About 1-2 months ago, we were planning on flying and her being here for Christmas. Any guesses on what hasn’t been bought yet? That’s right. The flight tickets.

They’re gonna be at least $500 and we were suppose to split the costs. That way, neither of us is stuck paying full amount (like I did with Jay) plus worry about Christmas presents.

I don’t hear from her for days and it’s been silence in regards to the flight tickets. At this point, I doubt it’s happening.

Sad part? I’m kinda used to this from her. Always making plans to visit and never going through. Sick of hearing about it and wanna SEE something that will make me believe otherwise.

Would I like everything to work out? Yeah. She deals with my crap and do enjoy our conversations. But at this point, dunno what she really wants.
