Geez, this site seems slower and slower. Sucks for people that bought OD+ subscriptions and they are stuck with a site that the creator has practically abandoned. Although the loyalist diehards jump in to argue against that. 

I click a shortcut to OD, go pee, and come back to see it’s still trying to pop the site. My internet is fine. I can download movies in minutes.

This site has gone to shit. Last big update was back in 2006, I believe. 7 years and nothing new.

Is it any wonder why most of my faves have abandoned this site?

Today I went for my usual after class chinese meal. They had said last time that prices were increased and I was scared for how much.

Sure enough, I got my food and was punched with a $17.65 fee. Now, to some people, that’s okay. Because they love to spend tons on what they eat. But I’m not one of those people.

It sadly became set in stone that despite being my favorite chinese place, I cannot go there again. Not for as much as they are charging.

I’m a bit sad by it, but there’s nothing I can do. The other places near here have been disappointing. There’s one place I like that’s 20-30 mins away. I ain’t about to do that drive every week, after class, for food.

I keep eating oatmeal now too. It’s super cheap and filling. Water plus oatmeal, hunger solved. Just watch. A month of that and I’ll drop 20 lbs. Haha.

Homework tonight then a bit of internet browsing for cheaper apartments. I’m sick of paying as much as I do for this place and now they wanna force me into renter’s insurance (through a company that’s linked to them. how ironic. *eyeroll*).

This place is nice, but, I am sick of paying $50+ for gas utility and I don’t even USE that, other than the burners on the oven to make oatmeal. But that seems highly unrealistic for $50 to be because of that.

I’m doubtful I’ll find a place that’s cheaper and better, but it’s worth the look.

Actually. I think they may even have studio apartments here and if that’s the case, that might shave $100 off. I don’t need a bedroom, since I sleep in the living room. So it could work…..
