tricks are for kids

I havent heard my ringtone "I want you" by Erykah Badu in a loooong time. Not since the end of September. I havent talked to HIM in forever. And HE hasnt heard "You’re My Star" by 702 on HIS end either. I was okay with that. The occasional text or IM to let each other know we are alive sufficed. But now I’m not so sure. ugh. We text’d all day yesterday and lastnight as HE literally spent 24 hours in a Best Buy line in the cold rainy NY weather to buy the new playstation. I even put in my ear piece in while talking to Herman last night, just so I could continue to text HIM. that is so bad, and I feel quilty about it. Like really.

Herman is always going on about how women dont know what they want, and there I am on the other end assuring him that he’s wrong. but is he right? do i know what i want even if i cant have it??? i dont know! I like Herman I do, falling ever so gracefully. But I miss HIM. we had some good times, even when they were bad, and i just dont know what to do when ur mind tricks u into thinking ur fine
