Organizing the paperless office-hahahaha
I am looking into ways to organize my surroundings. There is way too much paper, clutter, tools, coffee cups, and pens and pens and pens!!!
I found this book that seems to be a great place to start.

I think it is over a hundred pages and has more than that many ways to organize an area, house, office or kitchen.
Much of my time is spent in planning what to accomplish and by smart planning I am saving time in the long run. Goals and dreams are getting done and I am looking forward to the coming spring of the year, here in the Northern Hemisphere!
Plants are starting, the daffodils and crocuses(sp) are sprouting up through the still cold soils and the buds are even starting on some of the trees.
Taxes are filed, classes are all caught up on. I even listed some old text books on eBay this morning and hope to sell them in the next week. I remember trying to sell them back to the University Bookstore and the offer for them was so low that I decided to keep them and do this myself. Now we’ll see how the economy is effecting the book market.
Tomorrow might be a ‘get out the bike and take a short ride’ day. I spend 5 days a week on a recumbent at the gym, usually 50 minutes a day, and this insures that I am getting enough exercise even if I didn’t get much weight lifting in.
Speaking of which, I talked to a friend the other day who is getting back into the exercise mode and he is also a bike rider. When he went in to get evaluated at the gym he could lift 350 lbs with his legs. Easy he said. I then told him that I did 1070 lbs and he almost dropped over in a faint. hehehehehe The old guy(me!) still has it. That is over 4 times my body weight and that makes me feel pretty strong. I will be going for 1500 lbs next. Might need a couple knee braces for this amount-we’ll see.
Another chance to click here to get the book on being organized.
So I’ll catch you all on this site sometime in the next couple days and of course,
Be well; peace….dan
You sure are sounding great. Organization probably helps – I oughta try it! 🙂

Some of our students have discovered how to game the bookstore buy-back by picking up cheap editions online that go for less than the bookstore is paying. Arbitrage: it’s not just for rich investors any more.

I wish there was eBay when I had all my textbooks to sell back. I got so little for them, made me sick when I know how much I paid for them! I like to think I’m a super organized person, but I could never be a totally paperless person!
