Weight:
– 176, 35% body fat (gained 1 lb, 1% body fat)
Food/Snacking:
– good, not anything horrible, though I did eat out for 2 meals.
– managed to not snack much, even though I was pretty much home all day
Exercise:
– I made it to the gym! and did weights and cardio (not run intervals though)
Yesterdays goals met?
– sorta. no run intervals.
Issues:
– none, other than boredom
Successes: (at least, I think so)
– managed to avoid snacking!
Goals :
Food: tomorrow, avoid random useless snacking due to boredom
Exercise: tomorrow, run intervals outside
