Weight:
– 175, 34% body fat (no change)
Food/Snacking:
– I only had 1 snacks at work today,
– keeping up with the food journal, for the most part
– today was a really bad food day. 2 meals out, happy hour out. though one of those meals was at vegatarian restaurant, it was just, a lot of food. though there wasn’t as much snacking, so that’s good.
Exercise:
– none. But I did walk a bit, and parked far when possible
Yesterdays goals met?
– yes!
Issues:
– Just a bad food day.
Successes: (at least, I think so)
– I”ll have made it to Friday, and have somewhat managed to keep up with this.
Goals :
Food: tomorrow, Have no more than 2 pumpkin chocolate chip muffins (well, that would be impossible since there are only 2 left)
Exercise: tomorrow, get to the gym. hopefully do weights and run intervals.
