so here’s why i haven’t updated in a while

the crazy started happening in mid/late march. (this was written much neater, but it decided to delete itself…so now doing it crappily in notepad first, then copy/pasting)

-weekend trip to seattle (was fun. chilled, visited hs buddy of mine. got dave tix, lawn. but oh well) got back after a 2 hour delay (at like 1am) and got “randomly” searched at the seattle airport too. fun fun

-random birthday dinner to attend midweek

-next weekend to philly to celebrate (belatedly) a friend’s birthday was fun. returned home on sunday to dash from apartment, grab some warmer clothing and head to the ball park for the first sox game of the year. (it was FREEZING!) followed by 3 more games that week.

-next weekend was easter, went to friend’s house for dinner. was good. that tuesday, left to go visit my parents. my bro, grandmother, uncle (aunt was uspposed to be there…but last minute couldn’t make the trip) & cousins where there. it was nice. slow time. run on beach (oh yeah! registered to run a 5k in june. very excited..but there’s a wrinkle…read on)

-returned from parents place on friday morning (had to sit in the back row, middle seat on a completely full plane, cross country, overnight, sucked so bad) went to work from the airport, put in an almost full day, went to dinner with my friend crashed at her place, headed up to CT/NYC the next morning, watched friend fight (she’s a black belt in tkd), got pissed that our other friend/college roomie totally flaked on us (the whole purpose was so that hte four of us could chill for a bit). went to NYC that sunday, rushed up to manhattan for a late lunch with flakey roomie. rushed back to brooklyn so my friend could catch her ride to the airport for her flight. my friend and i hit all four boros that day. but it was an awesome weekend. fun but exhausting

-next weekend, friend that i visited in austin was in town visiting some other friends of his. we all hung out saturday night. had dinner (lebonese. it was good). went to some bars. stayed out way to late, got home a little bit before 4am. woke up at 7am due to the window being open and it being the height of pollen season (stupid me)

-tuesday morning…woke up sick. went to work. left early. apparently i might have ANOTHER respritory problem. which has prevented me from running this past week. driving me nuts. but oh yeah, stayed home sick. then friday, was planning on going up to NYC with a friend who had to take his car up to get fixed. almost flaked, was guilted into going. meanwhile MY car is in the shop getting serviced. cost me an arm and a leg. crashed at my flake’y friends place (i love her parents 🙂 and her family and stuff) headed back home that afternoon. picked up my car. went to go see mean girls on sunday (its funny!)

and that’s pretty much up to now. yup. sick. unable to run (hopefully i’ll still be able to run the 5k, its the race for a cure! people have given me money! i’ll still do it if i have to walk. but the goal was to RUN a 5k this year…)

but if i don’t update in awhile after this here’s why…
on tap: farewell party for a coworker who’s leaving or my friend from college is visiting, commencement (friends graduating…including sophomore boy), ANOTHER birthday party to attend, a wedding, a yankee’s game (should be fun. drool and puke on arod at the same time), 5k run, and a trip to boston for a sox game (and visiting friends of course) so yeah… should be fun. but busy. oh yeah. throw in that i think i’ve decided to buy a townhouse. so i gotta start looking for one of those…
