Broken beer bottles, and Prowling for Fish

Well, work was alright, for once! >< I don’t think I can take guys calling up and pranking anymore. I just want to cuss them out.

It’s not nice, but it’s the brutal truth.

Well, my friend Keith and I went running around today. We were gonna watch The Passion of the Christ (Me again, him for the first time) however, it was all sold out. So we went running around at Best Buy, and on the trail of a Christan Store so I could see if I could find Momma that poster.

Well, I bought her the soundtrack. Which made her day! ^-^ And then we just went wandering around looking.

I took Keith to the Tin Soldier since he wanted to get into D&D, and I pointed out the player’s guide and all sorts of good stuff. Got me a set of purple shimmer dies that’s called “Borealis” ^^ That’s spiffy.

And we went to Kroger.

Funny thing is, I found this lager that had my Momma’s maiden name on it! Of course I had to snag it so she could see it. So I’m waiting to check out, and my hand goes totally numb and it falls…

*CRASH!!!!!*

All over the floor at Kroger.

I was embaressed and quite upset. In fact, I was near tears as I was begging the lady that I pay for it. She refused to let me, said it was alright as long as I wasn’t hurt I was fine. That didn’t relive me any because I wanted to pay for it so they didn’t have a loss.

Gods, I was still upset about that when I went to work.

Anyway, I got another pack and this time I finally paid for it legit and didn’t break anything ><

So Keith and I go on the prowl again, almost ready to go home to take my lager to my mother, and what do we see in front of us?

“CHRISTIAN LIGHT BOOKSTORE”

Keith and I died in laughter.

So we went in, and I got Momma a necklace that had the Crown of Thorns on it, and a pin that’s written in Aramaic that says “Passion”. I asked the lady if she had any posters of the movie, and she asked me to hold on, and that she’d check.

Well, she came back with a little poster, two little flyers/bumperstickers and about five notepad sized pictures and said I could have them for my mother. I was so happy and told she had just made my mother a very happy lady.

Anyway, Dad gotta pick me up after work, and I came home >< I’m about dead tired, but I don’t feel like sleeping, ya’know?

So, I think I’m gonna try and go to bed after taking some cough medicen.
