I am not having a good day…I messed up at 3 different steps in this experiment which is still not done. I started at 10, but I still have about 3 more hours to go… only for it to not work…

Not to mention I am working with someone who repeatedly has said he doesn’t give a shit about science (he’s one of the residents who is doing his year of research internship). He just really bothers me… he has such a negative attitude towards science and takes short cuts when you aren’t supposed to yet he offered to teach me how to do this experiment but is not teaching me right… he complains so much and just has his head up his ass… I just look at him and think he has some sort of syndrome… he thinks all people who don’t eat right or who smoke deserve to die… he thinks that he is the "real" doctor and that people with PhD’s don’t know anything… if he was an American he would be a biggot I swear… The funny part is he doesn’t have a lot of money, but feels like he should and just has nothing positive to say about poor people or sick people… what kind of doctor is that… he really bothers me… He’s only here because he has to be… he gets others to do the hard parts of his work so he can do the easy parts and then when people finally say no he complains that he is not getting the help he needs. I’m just really upset right now… I just wish there was someone else I could get help from but they are all gone today so I don’t have a choice but to ask him… this is the same guy who said he would drive me to the other side of the country… outside of the lab he is cool but when it comes to medicine and science he thinks he knows it all… it just sucks because is so supportive of me going to medical school and he tries to help me study, and he helped with my personal statement so in those aspects he’s a great guy, but that’s about it…
 

I don’t know… I’m just frustrated… sorry for ranting… this is just not a good start to my week… 19 DAYS LEFT
