Thanksgiving

Well my family did thanksgiving a few weeks ago at the request of my sister.  She is shipping out again and due to changes in her dates we did it around halloween.  One of the few things she wanted before she went overseas.

I ended up working yesterday and having to deal with dumbasses.  There are some times I truely hate my job.  Its like dude you just looked at the sign that said closed so why the heck are u asking me if you can get gas? 

My sis wanted to go to the casinos yesterday.  I was cool with that idea.  People at school were busting my ass about my third trip in the last 2 weeks untill I explained myself.  I went from "Josh do you have a problem?" to being a good person in their eyes.  Wow. 

Had $120 and came back with $7.  My sister had this huge lucky streak going and won alot.  She hit a slot machine for $1000.  I told her that when she reports back to her unit and tells her fellow NCOs they are going to give her hell about it and might insist that she is the one paying the bar tab. 

On a plus side I did get my very good but not good for you Krispy Kreme donoughts.

And on a funny note we did get to laugh about and mae fun of seeing an Army Private at the casino dressed in his Class A uniform.  I understand the whole being proud of the uniform  I am very proud of mine but dude why wear it to the casino?  Its like come on.  You can’t be that desperate can you?  Oh wait.  Yes there are people who can be.  I have seen people wearing their uniforms simply out of looking for charity.  And some nookie.
