It was worth a massive $35

I survived new student orientation.  Andd I am getting payed a whole $35 by the college for my time.  Got to see some of the professors and catch up with them.  And I got to meet my Stats professor and she was willing to explain the screwed up schedule for my section.  ITs cool to know that I have not met all my professors and stuff.  So I should be getting off on the right foot here.

I did have fun putting the fear of Professor Olde (My advisor and the college history professor) into the group I had.  When I explained to him what we (it was my partner’s idea) did he thought it was great.  Told us "A little fear is always a good thing."

The lady in the tutoring center told me she wished that I had worked with her during the tour cuz I had brought up some really important things when we went to see her.  I made a good plug for her ceter although I rarely ever go there.  Told the freshmen that "One of my professors told me that even the smart people go see a tutor."  Which is very true.  Had one guy tell me he is very shy and is worried about meeting people.  I told him I was the same way and I took a chance with one of the clubs and next thing I knew, I was the president and an officer on the senate.  Which meant I could not hide. 

Told the senate president that I am the secretary and he asked if I would do it till the end of the semister.  I want out of the job but I will do it untill we get someone else up to speed.

I was asked about thursday morning and they told me there is no guarntee about money but if I am awake to please go down there.
