Octo 10 and not being still enough

10th – Pumpkin(s)/Pumpkin Patch -OR- Ten of something

10 Downing Street….the Prime Minister’s location

…as for such boring looking black door this is quite famous and this door saw a lot 🙂

OK…can someone help me here? I’ve tried to look up in the internet but couldn’t find a reply…

should I write

for such a boring looking door they are quite famous

or

for such a boring looking door these are quite famous

or

this door is quite famous…..?

I really apologise for my english!!!

Went to the pizza place last night and ate far too much! me and my brother always go there, it’s cheap and you can eat as much as you want.

Apart from that I’ve picked up sewing again…by hand. At the moment I change a pair of jeans into a skirt and I’m starting to change a cardigan that nobody wants to wear any more into a long-legged cat for my niece. I will take pics once is done. I don’t have sewing machine so it will take some time to finish.

The reason I don’t want a sewing machine is that I’ve never had a good relationship with them 😉 mainly very nervous….but I love to do sewing by hand, I can watch TV and sew at the same time and it makes me relaxed. I have something with my hands that I need to use them …especially when I watch TV or a movie I like to draw something or make something, it’s strange.

It’s a bit weird actually….often when I have to seat still in a public place (like in the church or college or place like this) and listen…I do unconscious movements with my fingers(not large, visible movements but small, tiny movements)…when I realised that and thought what movements I make, I discovered that I was ‘drawing’ an invisible picture of the person who was talking. I don’t know if this is because I’ve been doing a lot of drawings since I was small or maybe because I’m simply bored? Or maybe I have some kind of condition. LOL..but maybe not ….because when I’m on the bus or train and I look through the window and I’m not forced to listen to anything and I can let my mind wonder I can be still…I guess it happens only when I’m bored. For example I can be perfectly still when I watch a very good movie or X factor ;)….however, when I watch TV in general I always do something like collages, writing etc. I wish I was a person who does one thing at the time…not so multiplied, I’m not sure if this is healthy 😉

or maybe there is only an inner kid in me 🙂

I love to do sewing by hand as well and the reason is the same as you. *wink*

I think you could say, for such a boring black door, it is quite famous. ?? I like to knit for this very reason. Never thought about hand sewing though! Sounds fun!

I never enjoyed sewing , you used to have sewing classes at school and it used to be my least favourite subject , maybe it was the teacher , or maybe I constantly kept worrying about pricking my finger with the needle . My mother however is so good at sewing , she has a sewing machine that she has always been passionate about . I think people who are capable of multitasking are talented:) ryn : I thought Hagia sofia was grreat . my friend thought it was confusing , the way it mixed the Islamic and christian architecture . I thought it was beautiful and harmonious . It represented the beauty of both cultures . Few things nowadays represent such harmony . I am planning to purchase a book I saw in a couple of places during my visit , it’s called : Istanbul memories and the city by a Turk writer called Orhan Pamuk . I think you may find it interesting
